Mastery Havoc

It's kind of worthless.[/quote]

[/quote] I think he trying to say its good on burst ap. Thats why its on right side. I would not even get it as ad carry life steal is more noticeable. But as lb or ap mid you need all dmg you can get when really there is nothing else in tree you need what else would you put 3 points into?[/quote]
