I'd love to rage at Riot! But where?
The Forum lack answers from Riot represantatives, there's no telephone number to rage-flame them on the phone, nor you have a E-Mail Adress through which you can contact the right people.
Oh yeah, the support tickets take FOREVER to be answered to what I have heard. A friend had a similiar problem and his ticet was answered about 2 moths after opening it.

About 2 weeks ago I noticed that one of the champions which I bought for IP (Galio, 6300) isn't available fpr me anymore.
I waited for the next free champion rotation since I thought it could be a bug caused by the rotation but this didn't help.
Two threads and one support ticket (opened 14 days ago, no response) without later without any helpful information I am still frustrated.
Has anybody got any information for me on that?
