Lets not make a champion look more aesthetically pleasing and have more quotes so he sounds more intelligent because the voice actor of his previous voice passed away?
Perhaps they could make on of his quotes a reference to him but honestly, there is no use dwelling on the past when we could just continue marching forward into a brighter future.

yeah seriously. thats one thing that i really hope for. in all this champions that have interactions with others the older champ hardly has any. caitlyn has no interactions with vi and neither vi nor caitlyn really have any interactions with jinx. for example.

or

idk i think that looks too similar to his default to be a skin.
