This could be a quick way to test out full builds at level 18.
Unfortunately, few games get to that point, and even when they do there's 40 to 50 minutes of game before that point. This new mode wouldn't help at all for those times, which constitute all but the smallest portion of the game.

As stated higher up, you can check the League of Legends
PBE servers. I don't think what you're suggesting would be
good, nor needed. Sure you would be able to test builds, but
without having built your build from the ground up throughout
the game, you wouldn't know if it was even viable for the champion
you're using. Because maybe, you can't earn the needed goal with
champion X, thus your build isn't good.

hmm. i like this idea, so we can theorycraft without playing a full custom game and bother to get our gold.

It would a mode in which players have unlimited gold and are able to change their levels freely
I think this would be a great addition because it would allow a lot of people who don't get to finish their build to actually see what their build does and improve on them. it would also be great be cause it would be a mode where how well you played doesn't matter because everyone has all their gear.
no of course this mode won't give Xp or Ip so that people don't just all switch to this mode thinking that the original mode is useless now.
BTW, yes it would be a full 5v5 game on Summoner's Rift
Also Runes and Masteries maybe unlocked for everyone or nobody gets to use them at all to level the just for fun playing field
What do you guys think, would this be a good idea?
