Draft normal: make you more comfortable with your champions in more team-based games.
Ranked: tha shizz get's real now!
Blind pick: trolling (ap blitz inc!!)
Draft normal: the same (unless 5man premade, then semi serious)
Ranked: Play what you want as long as you think you can win w/ it
Ranked Teams: test teamcomps
Customgames: Srs shizz starting right here
My experience in going form normal to draft was that it felt my normal elo was ~2k and draft was around 1300. However I was playing constructed teams on Draft so maybe that is one reason why the opposition seemed so weak.
I am still not convinced that the hidden elo between the 2 are the same.

Blindpick is good for fighting a ton of different lane matchups that are not necessarily counters or counterpicks(Like what you would get in draft). You will fight alot of different lane enemies in blind pick. Some you may have never expected...huehuehue....
Like facing Wukong as swain hurts alot, facing Darius as Swain is ez mode.
