IMO, the only thing that makes Singed "OP" in the slightest is the fact that he gets nearly unkillable. BUT, i look at him as a tank and so you shouldn't really be focusing him anyway. So after you wreck his teammates and it's just him, I don't think he's gonna stick around to try to fight off more than two people.
