Then instead of letting that happen, actively start working on the way you talk to the people on your team. If you just keep getting banned what's the point? You just keep getting mad and getting banned, why even do it? And the people you flame, they aren't just anonymous robots with names over a champ. They are actual people with feelings, flaws, issues, lives, etc. Why do you have the right to be so rude to them?

Yet again you're using an easy cop out. Just start thinking of the people on your team as your friends or something. Act like your family is in the room. Show your team the respect you want to be shown. Try anything. If you don't try something then I refer to my earlier point; why do this?
