I have a terrible hangover. All I had were two piña coladas last night with dinner out. I've been eating ice blocks all day to try and settle my stomach.
I never heard of eating ice blocks to cure hangover, is that a thing where you guys live?
What I always do is drink lots of water and maybe some coffee, and if I don't feel like I am going to throw up eat something that is not a lot of work to make like dinner from yesterday or omelette.

Amanda: I honestly didn't know ginger tea existed. I've never had it. I'll definitely keep an eye out for some. I love ginger marmalade.
Mastrer: Um, ice blocks in Australia are icy poles - like frozen fruit juice or cordial ^^
I'm feeling much better now. I really don't understand how people can drink in excess and then just deal with hangovers the next morning.

I would not really call it excess if the hangover is over by noon.

Thanks to IPodPulse for this <3^

Yeah, hydration is the key to success, in this case :p Hangovers are partly a symptom of dehydration and partly caused by the alcohol which liver turns into acetaldehyde. We learned at school that people from Oceania and Asia are more often oversensitive to acetaldehyde than the common "Westerner", so I feel sorry for you people :^)
