How can you ever even hope to play well if all you do is tell yourself you have slow reactions and you're bad? Self improvement starts in your head. Realistically evaluate your mistakes, and fix them. For example, the best players are incredibly confident, but simultaneously self critical. I'm never content with myself when I mess up a play. I want every play to go perfectly.[/quote]
