Pretty nice update :)
Nerfs are good and fair IMO, except too points :
- Heim turrets should have been keeped to 1/2/2/3/3 (other nerfs are ok)
- As DEWO said, Transfusion needs a CD nerf, not range. Or just give him mana and remove that "hp costs".
The high nerf on Shaco seems good at the moment, but i'll wait to see how it goes. Maybe they could have increased a bit the range of JITB if it removes Deceive.

Judgment still remove slows that are already on you when you cast the spell. That's not a huge nerf, and the skill was clearly OP ^^

Even if other people make ****, that does not make your actions better !

Taking into consideration that his "melee" range is very short (400) he is now very passive. Last time it was hit for hit. Vlad sucked, and got hit. Imho the range nerf was not needed. I would rather see a CD nerf since you could spam it too often.
