10 of no dmg, no debuff or any other enemy effect ( slow stun, etc)
If minioes do dmg and the champ aides them in any way ( aura, shild them , heal them etc) it will be 10 sek form the last time one of the buffed miniones hit you( pretty much impossible to tell) Also if the enemy champ only dmgs a shild on you he will not get the kill.
