I started playing vladimir recently and i was wondering who is his best partner for top lane.
So,if you can give me advice what champion should be his partner pls suggest.

He shouldn't have a partner in top lane, but seeing as you're not level 30 yet I can understand why you ask. Honestly, low level games don't stick to the current meta in which Vladimir is both viable as an AP Mid or Solo Top.

So yeah... I can't really help you out in terms of laning partners because I never see him have one :P

I wouldn't even bother learning "partners" for him. Once you hit 30 he's gonna be solo all the time.
