But this really isn't that much.. Seen high elo streamers? They have an average que time of about 30min. Can sometimes reach hours.

Yea that shows sometimes, it is just a glitch.

Yeah and I find it funny when someone leaves the champ select screen and they are stuck waiting all over again for one more player.
