May I suggest a sticky saying "Thread Rules - READ ME FIRST" in big font? People need to realize that that thread is not a place to say "Here's my build, what do you think?" but rather a place for actual feedback - I think that a page with explicit thread rules would be better. Or at least change Matt's original post on the matter to that title, so it's more noticeable.
