Upload it to a image hosting site (tinypic.com), and take the direct URL/link and do:

For images, you have to upload the image to an image sharing site. I.E. Photobucket, imageshack ect.
then, you have to have either the embed link or, you can use the IMG link if you are on photobucket. If you have the embed link from imageshack, you have to do this: [img]IMAGE URL HERE[/img] That will show your image.
