His current stats are wrong. To take his health for example, it should be 440 + (18*86) = 1988. You've added all of the scalings 17 times, but the thing is 440 is not the amount of health Volibear has at level 1, it's the amount he has at level 0 (which means you start the game with 440 + 86 = 526 health).
Also, on the wiki, Jarvan IV, Malphite, Garen and Gangplank all have the exact same stats in terms of mres yet on Moba all of them have 52.5 mres while Volibear has 51.25 :P
