You didnt listen to a word I said jho - http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/streams

Go there you can see it says there on for 43 hours click on main stream there offline. Again there is something wrong and there is not even close to the streams that are usually on.

There was an additional issue aside from the Twitch/Justin throttling issue. It should be resolved now, take a look.
