jw how hard it would be to do this because,for instance, my build for gangplank.

it says i have 361 a.d. when i should have 495
also due to the passive on my "e" raise moral gp should have, with trinity and a phantom dancer, 427 movement speed.
also things like deathcap and arch angles dont add their uniques.

sorry i know it would be a pain in the *** to program all of that

It is a lot of trouble. I'm sure the admins have considered it at some point, but the fact is, there are more important things to care of right now that they're working on. My advice is just to put the "accurate" calculations into your guide. I'm sure that this will be implemented eventually, but until then, just be patient.

Hmm, there does seem to be something going on though, when I manually add up the damage from those items it is higher than the stats show. I'll take a look why.

The system does have the capacity already to include passives and uniques when adding up stats, the amounts just have to be input separately in the database editor, which any Vet can do. As long as it's a flat increase and not a "per level" or "per kill" or "percent" increase. So those items might just need updating.

As for Raise Morale, right now it isn't counted, I'll take a look at adding it :)
