Dear GMs,
We are having issues with the fifth member of the team for the tournament "Take Your Best Shot".
His account would not recognize his original password, upon which he tried to reset it. He received a mail which contained his new password, but the login interface did not accept the new password as well.
Upon further attemps, the team decided to create a new account for him. Using his gmail instead of the hotmail. No mail was sent to his gmail account, and thus he is still unable to access his account.
We need a quick solution to this problem, as the tournament is closing up, and our team depends on his prescence.

I am sure that if Matt doesn't get back to you within the timelimit, he will still allow your team to play seeing it's technical error from our side that caused the problem.
