I don't think there should be an option to disable voting without commenting. Everyone new to this site that turns it off gets a lot of downvotes when people just impulse downvote it based on the build being different from theirs... The whole point of this is site is to share and to get feedback, and they rarely do when they forget to turn on comment with voting!

It sucks to see people get put off by the site, so to speak, when their guide gets a million downvotes when nothing's really all that bad.

I don't care about my rep, but you can +rep if you want to.

We've had this system before. You know what happened?

There were practically ONLY 80-90%+ guides.

The inflation is way too much.
