Feeding is used a lot in LOL what champs are more scary when feed then others? How should not feed a champ and when does the feeding become out of hand?

Some champs don't need fed. If you just let them farm too freely, they don't need the kill. Team composition plays an important role on who you need to shut down early game. I know Darius can be a pain in lane, due to his decent health and armor, combined with crazy early game damage. Even towerhugging and trying to prevent him killing you can cause him to just free farm (which is just as devastating), and repeatedly towerdive you for kills.

A good solution is just have a good jungler who can gank often. Even if it's a failed gank (no kill), if it pushes your opponent out of lane, you'll still end up with the advantage.

I've had a few games where my opponent was a out and out counter to my champ, but our jungler came top a few times early game and I managed a small kill advantage and a great farm advantage. Late game worked out much better.

Yea if you let someone farm early game that could get really messing but a lot of people try to get feed a little bit to early for my taste

any champ can get really scary if fed

however there are some champs that are scary even if you dont feed them as they just scale really well, some of these are:

Vayne

Kog'Maw

Ryze

Jax

Malphite

Kha'Zix

i am sure thre are others but these are first ones that come to mind from experience

Akali. God, I hate her. If at any point playing you have to ask "Hmmm... there's Akali by herself... do you think the three of us can take her?", then you should make sure that champ doesn't get fed.

Fed Teemo's do incredible damage, they're still squishy, though. You'll kill Teemo easy, but get wiped out by poison a few seconds later.

Yeah, pretty much any champ if fed properly can be incredibly problematic. Fed ADC, multiple kills imminent. Fed tank, unkillable and will CC your whole team while his ADC destroys you. Fed bruiser, unkillable AND will kill you themselves.

Oh, and Volibear. (Just so I can say "Don't feed the bears.") Ha.

Poppy and Jax.

If they're fed there's a high chance they'll 1v5 your team and come out on top.

What amount of kills do people consider a champ fed? I think when they are on a killing spree. Also I now know that if you don't farm enough that also helps the other team.

Tryndamere with a Quicksilver Sash, some tankiness and 100% crit chance has the potential to eat your whole team if you're not careful.

Quicksilver sash = 1 item
100% crit chance = 3 phantom dancers + 1 infinity edge = 4 items

How tanky do you plan to be? :P
