LeBlanc is probably what you're looking for. Her burst is pretty huge, she's highly mobile, and she can easily 100-0 pretty much anyone except tanks.
Akali may have a low cooldown on her ultimate, but it works on an ammo system. She cannot just use it non-stop. Akali is also bursty and mobile, but is not quite as able to kite as LeBlanc, is slightly less squishy, and often wants to stay in longer to do some sustained damage.
Lux has incredible range, decent burst, and fair utility. She is not, however, an assassin. With Lux you want to sit back and land your combos, rather than getting up in your enemy's faces with them.
I'd really suggest waiting for the champions to be on freeweek and try them then, though.. This week
Viktor is free, so I would suggest trying him and seeing if he's your style of champion.
