If he for some reason doesn't start boots against a teemo, he can't really do anything, if he does though, watch for his pull and you should be ok..
I have a feeling kayle would beat him pretty bad, but I haven't tried it yet, hopefully I'll get to try soon.
A good Kayle can beat him very very badly. The trick is, you
always use your Q to slow him, as CC is his weak point. Then
with Kayle's range at least, you can slap him with your sword
as he advances and retreats. In the end, when you stand real
close to duke it out, simply save your ultimate for exactly
the moment he uses his and he'll be shocked. If he then
tries to run away, he'll be slowed and then killed.
Another way to limit his damage, is to try and not get too
many of his stacks on you, before he ults you.

How would Tryn win against Darius?
He might not have activated his ult
in time. And even if he does, Darius
could either wait until it's finished
until he uses his, or hit Tryn enough times
to stack his passive. Because then, when
Tryn runs away, he might die. Especially if
Ignited too, which I think is likely, as Darius
is innately a super-aggressive champion; which
makes people pick ignite.

askign for a junglegank is the best way to deal with darius. He has no escape and nothing to fall back on once he falls behind!
Ganking darius is a low risk-high reward play adn you should tell that to your jungler!
apart from that, pick a champion that outranges him and can poke+ farm at a distance.
