It depends on what kind of tournament it is.
If it's a one-on-one mid firstblood competition, then Urgot or Tristana are going to have the strongest lane presence.
Otherwise, maybe Xin Zhao? Irelia? Malzahar?

TF is a good 1v1 against champs without much CC, but he is squishy. Vlad is good as long as he does not get shutdown, and Malzhar you can defiently be a scary person.

I need your help... i will join a tournament of LoL in my city, is a 1v1 competition whiout any bans. So, i need that you tell me the best OP champ in 1v1, whit his respective runes, masteries, summoner spells and the order learning of the spells.
