At this point you should start saving for your first runepage or two, each runepage costs between 10 and 15k IP. If you want to spend cash, get IP boosters, the daily ones, not the per win ones. And he was also correct in saying that if you want to get a cheap champ go ahead. Just because they are cheap doesnt mean they are bad... it just means they are old. [[Ryze]], for example, was in the original bundle that the beta was released with, but he is STILL one of the scariest mid laners in the game, and the horrors he can unleash upon a team late game have no word strong enough to describe them. Nunu is also cheap as hell, and is a good jungler and a good support, depending on the situation. [[soraka]] is still widely held in public opinion to be the best support in the game (even tho i personally do not agree with this) and [[sivir]] is one of the best AD carries, and they all cost less than 500 ip. If you need help deciding what runes to buy when the time comes, let me know, ill figure out what position you want to play and give you a good runepage.[/quote]

But you really should be saving for at least one rune page.[/quote]
