The total costs for an AD Carry runepage: 1845 + 1845 + 1845 + 3075 = 8610 IP
The total costs for an AP Carry runepage: 3690 + 1845 + 3690 + 3075 = 12300 IP
The total costs for a Support runepage: 1845 + 3690 + 1845 + 1545 = 9225 IP
The total costs for a Jungler runepage: 3690 + 1845 + 1845 + 6150 = 13530 IP
The total costs for a Tank runepage: 1845 + 1845 + 1845 + 6150 = 11685 IP
Those are with runes that I recommend, not everyone will agree (and I have not taken manaless AP champs into account). You should see for yourself but this should give you a pretty good estimate :)
Also note that this is for 9 runes of all (3 quints), at level 20 you can get 6 of each runes (2 quints).

HA trololol, yes that will get you an entire runepage. As long as you make sure you have 10k by the time you are lvl 20, you have enough for a page.
