New to lol, looking some help

Read guides, do research, play games, analyse other people games, ask questions, get answers, find your weaknesses, find your strengths, find out the use of builds, find out the use of tactics, etc. This is no different from being lvl 30 itself, since if your suck pre-30 and are against sucky enemies, you will probably still suck at 30, dropping your elo, thus being against sucky enemies still.[/quote]
