Play Cho hyper aggressive mid. Lawl as the enemy just does nothing b/c they think you are insane, then bounce/silence/eat them and hit Shift3 as they run away.

The sad part is, ive lost HORRIBLY to a super aggressive cho mid doing just this. Stacking mres on your runepage and being SUPER aggressive and zoning AND out farming your opponent with your scream and passive spikes is like taking a syrenge full of godmode, shoving the needle in your arm and pushing the plunger till your eyeballs nearly pop out of your skull. Not only does your beefyness and passive regeneration mean you will b able to stand in lane for longer, scream silences those pesky spells your opponent might want to cast, AND cho is a GREAT CC/Tank addition to mid to late game team fights, so congratulations, you just added another tank to your team while all your opposing team has is a squishy *** Ziggs. F**koff.
