meh. i have seen far worse. hard to say cause what skid said. also if they were in a tense situation where they were worried people were going to start going crazy tensions would be high so it would be tough not to be on edge.
honestly it would be hard not to take your baton to the kid yelling profanities at that cop. if he was able to restrain himself there it is likely that she may have overstepped her boundaries and he reacted, possibly overreacted.
i have a number of buddies in law enforcement. the number of worthless cops is similar to any occupation. mine included.
