amnesia looks like I wouldn't sleep for weeks.
Amnesia is an amazing game. You should definitely give it a shot if you can stomach the horror.
That said, the horror is a part of what makes it so great, the immersion factor potentially gives you a whole new level of fear. For me personally, I find the game less unnerving than watching horror movies, because being in control helps me cope with things more easily.
