@Jack - It's the endless possibilities that you/your friends can do in Minecraftia. Whether it's making a nice simple house, or making the ****ing Enterprise, everyone of all ages and groups will enjoy this greatly. It's also about the survival aspect for some, perhaps it's not for you? You can set the game to peaceful! It's also about discovery, and what you find in mines, on the ground, it might astonish you!

My friend used to have a server exlusive to about 5 of a group of my friends. It was pretty incredible, but somehow it got destroyed and/or doesn't work anymore. Sux, because we had a nice mountaintop village and an awesome underground place to chill.
