Ergonomics are sooo bleh :P
Like mice that wrap around to fit your thumb into some awkward *** crevice... I hate those.
Having a comfortable setup to fit your personal needs is awesome.

For example:

I have a chair, but it sits pretty low so I put a pillow on it and I sit on that. At the same time the arm rests scratch up my arms when I use them so I wrapped foam around it (then wrapped a t-shirt around the foam, sewed it and stuff). I make sure that my mousepad just barely hangs off the edge of my desk, I pull my monitor forward so I can keep a straight posture while being comfortably close to the screen.

Used to have one of those ergonomic keyboards that curve and ****, hated it. It felt very uncomfortable for me in general (typing, etc.) but that's just my personal preference. In place of ergonomics I just do stretches. I leave my keyboard flat down but if I pull of the stilt things I can put it at an incline (typing feels a lot more awkward than it already does with the stilt things down...).

If **** gets really bad (RSI, carpal tunnel, etc.) you should probably see a doctor for more professional help. The internet isn't boundless :P

ALWAYS DO YOUR WRIST EXERCISES. That's no joke, bro. Don't want carpal tunnel. Get a habit of stretching your wrists on the loading screen and after a game. That's what I always do. makes it easy. Hmmm... there's a Starcraft Day[9] Daily about this one, but I don't remember where. I'll look for it.

What I do.
But I haven't seen no SC shiat about it nor heard anyone mention it. I just find it helps :3

"I also am Otherkin. Whenever autumn rolls around I can feel my kin-type slowly taking over my body. You must know, I identify as pumpkin. I can control it pretty good most of the time, but when September ends, I just cant hold it in anymore. Whenever Im outside I see my brothers and sisters being chopped into soup, coffee, donuts, cake, drinks, bread - ppl even cut human faces into their skin, making a mockery out of their noble appearance. When I see things like that I cant control my pumpkin urges anymore. My natural instincts kick in. I then sit down motionless, while getting bright orange." - Morgana L

Pretty sure the daily was the one when talking about mechanics. He also talked about mouse positioning and keyboard positioning along with stretches, although you could probably just look this stuff up on the internet.

@B-Wong, you did it wrong :) It's not hocus pocus. I had all kinds of pain in my wrists and hands after years and years of programming, switched to natural kb/m and it was gone. You don't need some crazy weird mouse, that one from MS is exactly like any other mouse, just rotated clockwise so that your hand rests naturally. Everyone's different so maybe it made a bigger difference for me but, even now if I just rotate my hand slightly the way I would have to for a normal setup, it feels uncomfortable. Usually people that switch to this type of setup initially complain that it's awkward and "stupid" but if they stick it out, after a day or two they get used to it and love it.

Anyways, if your fatigue isn't really that bad then exercises/breaks/stretches might be enough. But you should still adjust your seat/desk as best you can to keep yourself sitting properly. Just hit Google, there are articles everywhere demonstrating what to do.

Someone's got experience, lawl.
:)
"I saw [Twilight: Eclipse] in theaters with a girl I was dating at the time. I spent more time staring at my toes and wiggling them than I did watching this abomination. When Edward proposed to Blank Face, I finally looked up with a revelation.
I blurted out loud, in a dead silent theater full of teenage girls on opening night "Wait a minute, Edward has no blood flow. How does he get an erection?" I heard several men laughing, and had several girls turn and stare at me.

I did not get laid that night." - Berengier817
