Def gettin' 32GB.
Internal Google testing shows a battery life of 7-8 hours during light use (web browsing).
That's pretty good. I was scared that the 2300mAh battery wasn't gonna cut it.
The "radio" part supports crazy amounts of radio bands. I think it supports all major LTE and 3G networks in the US.
Now the only thing left to see is how good the camera is. *waiting on the reviews to roll in*

Okay, I've been reading some reviews (not actually bought it cuz **** LG pricing in Sweden; ~510€/680$ (while Germany gets it for ~399€/530$).
The good:
Camera hardware is great. On-par and occasionally better than other flagships out there (including the iPhone).
The screen is probably the best screen on the market today, period. The color reproduction is the best that has ever been seen in a smartphone to date and so is probably the whites. The brightness is good and contrast is decent.
It's hands down the fastest Android phone out there in terms of the user experience. Both due to the hardware and software; Android 4.4 brings a great number of features to the platform (many under-the-hood so to speak, but these changes could have massive impacts). The only competitor that comes close is Apple with their iPhone 5S.
The microphone is good.
Battery life is decent to good. With EVERYTHING turned on (Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, GPS, location scanning and so on) and using the DALVIK runtime it lasts about 16hours, 4 of which were with the screen on.
With more selective use of features it will likely last over 24hours with up to 6hours screen-on time. Or ~7hours of light constant use.
There is a new experimental feature in Android 4.4 called ART (Android Run Time, it replaces DALVIK), which potentially decreases battery use significantly while also providing a boost to performance. You can probably expect up to 2 hours extra SOT (Screen On Time), possibly upwards of 8-9 hours total battery life during light use(which is seriously good, lol). It still has a few bugs that reduce performance at places and crashes some apps, so don't expect any major differences before it's out of beta, but you can rest assured that the Nexus 5 will have ART before all other phones. The only drawback of the ART is that it makes apps take up to 10% more storage space, but considering the reduced battery draw I quite frankly don't give a ****. As this feature is still in beta it has to be enabled manually through developer settings.
During audio playback this device really shines because of a new feature it has (audio tunneling to the DSP), which reduces battery draw by about 50%, giving you about 60hours of audio playback(when not streaming ofc), which is kind of amazing quite frankly. I think that's among the best on the market if not THE best.
Google is still working out a lot of the kinks with 4.4 though, so battery life can only go up from here!
The bad:
The camera app definitely leaves something to be desired. It's slow and a bit janky while also lacking in functionality. It's smooth and pretty, but that's a minor thing quite frankly.. (updates are coming according to Google tho)

Sooo, Android now has a complete fullscreen mode where it hides your nav-bar(the on-screen buttons at the bottom) and the notification bar. To show them again all you need to do is to swipe from the bottom or from the top to display the nav-bar and the notification bar respectively.

Still, it's not bad. It's better than the Nexus 4 and roughly on par with other flagships like SGS4.
Do keep in mind that the battery life can vary greatly depeding on what radios you leave on and what location settings you use. I've seen people get 4-5 hours screen on time with the Note 3 and that has a much larger battery, while 7-8 hours is possible with conservative use on the N5.
The only current flagships that have large batteries are the Note 3 and LG G2, I take it you're not interested in them?

Yeah, I'm really tempted to get the G2 too. Still haven't bought a phone because the N5 isn't in stock anywhere here.
Another reason I'm seriously considering the G2 is that it costs less than the N5 here in Sweden(**** LG pricing --.--).
If I'm going for a G2 I will most definitely be running some ROM like Cyanogen or Paranoid Android. I wouldn't want LG's software anywhere near a phone of mine. They really know hardware, but their software is garbage.
The things I really want with the N5 is the soft touch material, the placement of the hardware buttons and the software.

Got phone, tablet, ipod already, this would replace all those. What if the battery sucks?
We'll just have to see. If there will only be a 2300mAh battery for all models then it'll be pretty average, but if there's a 3000mAh battery for the 32GB model then it'll be great. I really hope there will be a 3000mAh model, I don't care if I have to pay a bit more.
