Chicago (5 days), Washington D.C. (3 days), Philadelphia (2 days) and New York (6 days).

Always open for suggestions

Suggestion: skip chicago or don't spend 5 days, there's honestly nothing there worthy of your time, you'd be better off going to Detroit or St. Louis or better yet going out west. I can hardly think of enough things to do in a day at chicago let alone 5.

In Philadelphia you absolutely have to get a philly cheesesteak. The Liberty Bell is a tourist trap and quite honestly a cracked bell, it isn't that interesting. Philly art museum is worth the stop if you're into art or museums. Rocky Balboa is also worth seeing as it isn't too far out of the way if you happen to find yourself downtown.

In New York skip the pizza, all of the "authentic New York style pizza" is garbage, but about 45 minutes out of NYC you can get good pizza. Statue of liberty is worth the trip, skip empire state building, the 9/11 memorial is phenomenal and worth spending time at

idk about D.C.

Thank you for your advice! It is a little late for skipping Chicago, since all hotels and flights are booked, we will see if it is really that boring.

Not so much boring as there is just not enough to do for 5 days. Skip the Chicago zoo, go to the aquarium, Chicago history museum is really good, the millennium bean is pretty bad it's cool to see not anything you can spend time on. As far as authentic chicago pizza go to Giordano's and Gino's East. Those are the 2 best. Skip the John Han**** building

Why skip the Zoo? I actually like Zoos, are there any particular reasons for not visiting it?

There are better zoo's out there. The St. Louis is the 2nd highest rated zoo in the United States and 4th in the world and the admittance is completely free. Chicago's isn't even on the top 10 list in the U.S. and is quite expensive. The Chicago aquarium is quite good and well worth the money.

First time I post in this forum. I just joined a job I love where I still have time to go to the net and post on Mobafire. I guess I have no excuses now and I'll have to update my guides.
