9times out of 10 that is it, but if it oocurs when they are off then I have no clue.

Bad computer might be to blame too. My friend has a God-mode computer and he loads before I even start. But, I usually have better FPS. Just turn some settings down in-game. See if that fixes things.

Instead of turning it off, actually close the program out. Open it back up when you are done playing. That is what I do, or else loading takes forever and I get a good amount of lag in-game.
