As long as you ward and you have a little sense when it comes to map awareness pushed lane shouldn't be a problem.

Noc is not bad vrs ranged because when he hits 6 **** goes sour.

I'm not saying he loses to ranged champs, but champs with good poke, e.g. Maokai, Rumble, etc. he's going to have a harder time early game. While he is a carry technically, he can also do fine if he just farms. Other big problem about him being top, you lose all his gank potential from your ult and people know when you have it.
In the jungle, people can expect it around X time, but they won't be 100% sure.

I've tried it before in ranked. I dunno, it worked pretty well vs a Singed, except I fed really badly :p
You're kind of squishy early game, and the lane gets really pushed. Spamming Q makes you oom, then you can't W out of anything. He's not bad, but not good either.

Get
Teleport and you'll automatically have a lot of that ganking pressure back, never know where he might teleport to and ult from.I bet he can also put a lot of pressure on the enemy jungle when paired with an agressive jungler on his team

No way mane. Push top, ult mid.
Ward enemy Red/Blue, push top, coordinate jungler to gank red/blue and ult red/blue.
