Passive is a bit like Jax not too much though.
Q: Minions are difficult to understand in kits like this. Explain how they work. Im guessing if your AD is higher you get a melee champ and AP for a caster.
W: OP. Decrease the amount per stack. I would suggest around 3-7 for the levels. The heal would need to be balanced well because a stacking heal could be OP depending on the amount and range.
E: explain a little better on how it works. Is it a skill shot or on target. The first beam hits then the second follow and will hit if they stay in range. Or is it more of a channel.
R: OP you can't just call all enemies to an area. Way to OP. Maybe pull an AOE or a single target.

Q-Summon Minion:Summons a caster/melee minion with 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% of Blue's health and 3%/6%/9%/12%/15% of the higher value between Attack Power or Spell Power
(If AD is higher a melee minion will be summoned and higher AP will summon a caster)
W-Picking Up:Passive: Physical Attacks increases Attack Power and Spell Power by 3/6/9/12/15 with each strike giving a charge of Pent Up with up to 5 charges
Activate: Heals all surrounding Blue for (Spell Power) per charge
E-Arcane Blasts:Shoots two beams of energy at the target, First Beam reducing magic resistance of target by 10/15/20/25/30 and the second beam tracking them up to a range of 1,400 doing 80/125/170/215/260(+0.6) Magic Damage
(First shot is a skill shot and second can be activated and the second is a lot like Renektons Slice and Dice ability where if it hits you can use the second beam)
Ultimate-Grasping Hands:Blue pulls all enemy champions within 800 range into himself and then after a delay overloads dealing 250/400/550(+0.8) the higher of Magic or Physical Damage as AoE damage
This is my idea of a Minion that was sick of constantly being killed so invoked great magic to further his abilities. The art would basically be of a minion after an inhibitor is destroyed with improvements made upon the armor.
Any ideas to improve upon him is welcome
