Recipe cost: 700
Total Cost: 3355

Stats:
45 attack damage
20 lifesteal
25 critical strike

Unique passive: 15% chance for your critical strikes to deal 60% splash damage
Unique active: UNIQUE Active: Deals 250 magic damage and slows the target champion by 50% for 3 seconds (400 range). 60 second cooldown.

Thoughts?

But actually it is a cool idea xD

But maybe it would make Gangplank or Trynda really OP in lategame, but then again 15% is not that much.
