Why would you buy Elixir of Brilliance? Sure it has 10% CDR, but how can you possibly think buying AP elixir is good on Olaf? Unless you have full build + Oracle + other 2 elixirs, then you might consider it. But even then, its pure ******edness.

AP is not everything. It still gives you cdr and that is exactly what you want. It is not the AP elixir, it is the AP and CDR elixir. Wasting one stat of it is better than buying an expensive, useless item, only for CDR.
