It's not that TBC sucks, it's an excellent item, but it's outshined because ADC player build for super late game and ignore really really strong mid game centric builds that involve it.

Meh dont argue on that, they think you want everyone to buy TBC. They DO NOT want to understand you simply stated the "maths" some pointed were wrong, they rather say you're dumb.
That being said, I would rarely ever buy TBC unless I'm playing a bot game. Judging from your posts, I guess you think pretty much the same most of the time.
