Dodge on Udyr

So what? Dodge wasnt sth completely broken in a bad/good way. They removed it for reasons of... ... ingame unsatisfaction ... randomness ... too much work "fixing" it up wow. Why not at least TRY to improve dodge (IF it needs tweaking, that is) and ADDITIONALLY implement that new state? IMO they dislike how Dodge (which doesnt rly change over those past years) works today in their own game and decided to cut it off.
