Jarvan IV, OP?

[/quote] Well that is just the Jarvan playing stupidly, not a factor in OP/UP. Just because people don't seem to know how to use him doesn't mean he is a bad character. The biggest problems about Jarvan's ult is that some people seem to forget that you can break it early, and the popularity of the enemy carrying [[Flash]].[/quote]
