But I think the point missed here is that level 6 power gank isn't optimal jungle play in the current metagame. Jungler's in the current day either need to be able to gank around level 2 (shaco, udyr, lee sin) or have a significant impact late game (amumu)
I tend to take ranged dps jungling seriously because of the impact that ranged dps can have late game. However in this case I think TF is probably best played as solo lane AP or even support.
Non level 6 ganks would seem kind of meh on TF especially if you sacrificed a good rune set.
If that was the case your late game would be sub optimal also.
Fiddlesticks is an exception though because of the nature of his ultimate.
