I've been building this on AP Xin a bunch, and it's very good. Build this and a Malady, and you've got like 1.8 AS by the 15 minute mark.

Taric.

Problem is, AS/AP is rarely good, imho. Full AS/AP/on-hit Jax (mind you, not AP jax with just one AS item) OR TF isn't that strong. Didn't try on-hit taric, though. Might be an idea. Endless heals with 2.5 AS!!!111oneeleven
