Tanks just dove the tower endgame and didn't care anyway. Now, it's an opportunity maker. it's going to enable those level 8/9 dives that probably would've failed earlier. It's a Nunu/Zilean item, if you're playing them support that is. I have seriously built it once, and never built it while joking. It needs some serious buffs to make it decent. Swapping the blasting wand for a [[Fiendish Codex]] would probably be a good start if it really needed to be a support item.[/quote]
