pros:
-ridiculous cooldown reduction, all CC spammable. at 40% one stun every 5 seconds. wall cooldown doesnt reduce
-new form of burst rotation. 3.5 second CD on frostbite allows chained burst. Q-E-R-E-Q-E. double dmg.
-awesome survivability. HP/mana *****, very hard to kill, assassinate almost impossible.
-early game, where bonus AP isnt necessary for higher dmg, is OP
-cheap build, very cheap in terms of cost.
cons:
-nuke power significant drop
-requires farming
-requires smart positioning
i dont want to post a guide yet, need opinions for this.

focus items for CDR:
-catalyst into locket or banshee if enemy team CC *****
-glacial shroud - frozen heart
-shureila's reverie
-elixir of brilliance + golem buff
Mpen items to raise dmg:
-sorc boots
-haunting guise
notice here there is no blasting wand or ability tome.
