For jungling, I run:
6x AS Marks
3x ArPen Marks
9x Armor Seals
9x MR/Level Glyphs
3x Flat AD Quints
I run her like this because her damage is hybrid. She deals mostly both magic and physical damage (more magic at the end of the game in stats and graphs). I find flat AD quints helpful for extra damage to clear, a few ArPen marks to negate jungle armor.
Then again, junglers are flexible.
I don't lane Shyv since she is outclassed by other champs, but if it works for you, then it works!

Shyv actually beats quite a bit of laners :p
Anyway, what Weekend says is about right, although I wouldn't run AS in lane because a lot of early damage is from burst and not just directly smacking them over and over. Flat AD reds and quints are really stronk.

i only run AS for jungling, else either armor pen or AD on someone like shyv. though i do think AD is much stronger for shyv.

That sounds just about right. I'm surprised to see someone use good runes.
The reason why AD quints are so good is not only the speed increase in the jungle, but also because she has an AD ratio that doesn't deal physical damage (W).
I'm thinking it might even be worth skipping flat ArP altogether in runes since she scales well with attack speed (Q mostly).

I think ArP marks would be good for the lane as well.
