was looking at sion's enrage anyone know if smite procs the hp improvement?

IF so anyone know of a jungle build for him

It says per kill, so I assume it would. I don't know of any good jungle builds, unfortunately, although Stonewall008 probably has one up on Youtube.

Yea, he even has videos of him jungling with Veigar. Tho most jungling casters will probably have a hard time in this patch.
