Strategy Help - Heimerdinger VS Morgana mid lane

She ended up killing me 2 or 3 times then she went on the rampage against my team, destroyed us and won the game. I was thinking of leveling up rockets 1st or 2nd and harass that way or buy merc threads for mr and 35% stun reduction and possibly more mr items. Any advice would be welcomed, thanks.[/quote]

The only way ive had success with 2 turrets is playing it fairly safe, just placing turrets far enough apart to avoid her aoe and play it safe till like lvl 7, then grab a blue buff from golem and just spam this usually nabs me a kill.[/quote]
