Archangel. The mana is more than enough, plus the AP helps you heal better.
@Searz That doesn't help much in large scale teamfight with lots of running. Your max mana cannot take it well.

Then get both Philo and Catalyst. If you're running out of mana with those 2 you're spamming too much (fail). Just stop spamming spells and you'll be fine.

It gives you cooldown reduction, ability power, attack speed, and some solid mana regen.
That's pretty much the only reason I mentioned it. I stopped building it cause the CDR cap of 40%, otherwise you know.. pretty beast on taric.
